SYMPHONY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any changes made after order submission will be chargeable. Avensys cannot be held liable for any incorrect range details, measurements, or specific items if provided by clients. Symphony will advise a specific date a week before the scheduled delivery week. This cannot be changed and clients will need to be available to accept delivery. If store delivery is required, delivery charges may be incurred unless collection is arranged. Unused items cannot be returned. Upon payment, Avensys will deem that the client has thoroughly read through their quote and are happy to proceed and accept the stated T&Cs.
Upon receipt of the order, a 28-day window is granted to Full Kitchen customers and a 14-day window to customers ordering Kitchen Additionals, to thoroughly inspect their purchase and report any defects. Beyond this timeframe, we are unable to address and rectify issues without associated charges.

Symphony will advise a specific date, with an AM or PM slot, a week before the scheduled delivery week. This cannot be changed, and clients will need to be available to accept and sign for delivery. If no one is in at the time of delivery, Symphony will not leave the items outside, and the order will be automatically redirected to our store, and the customer will need to arrange collection of the items themselves.
Smaller orders will be delivered directly to our store automatically, and customers will need to collect the items themselves. On the rare occasion that delivery is required, Avensys may be able to deliver, but separate delivery charges will apply.
Upon receipt of order, full kitchen customers will be given a 28-day window, and additional kitchen customers a 14-day window, to thoroughly inspect their purchase and report any defects. Beyond this timeframe, we are unable to address and rectify issues without associated charges.
If an item arrives damaged/faulty, the customer must let Avensys know within the above timeframes, and we can organise a replacement on an urgent remedial basis. This is usually then delivered within 2-3 working days, and Avensys is not liable to pay for any extended timeframe of work. If an item is damaged during installation, the replacement will be charged at full price.
Unused items cannot be returned as per Symphony’s non-refundable policy.

TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
